ABOUT THE MUSICIANS:

Pheribee (Trevor Wilson) is a musician living in Sandymush. He has released a few records over the years that combine a handful of sweet voices and strange folk guitar and piano. Some previous band mates have included Amelia Meath (Mountain Man, Sylvan Esso), Maia Friedman (Dirty Projectors, Uni Ika Ai), Will Stratton, and many others. He studied under Meredith Monk for a few years while living in NYC.

The past few years have been a whirlwind for Josh Rennie-Hynes. On the back of being awarded the Australian Arts Council’s prestigious Nashville Songwriters Residency, gifted to one Australian Artist a year, the Queensland-born artist relocated to the US in May 2018. He left behind a well-established solo career in his native country and his role as one half of The Ahern Brothers. A folk duo whose harmony-heavy debut album earned a four-star review from Rolling Stone and quickly garnered them a legion of fans throughout Australia and New Zealand. Yet, Rennie-Hynes was looking for a change, in both musical direction and setting.

Moving into the close-knit East Nashville community, Rennie-Hynes immersed himself in the inspiring and thriving creative scene taking place there. Since making the move in 2018 he has released a slew of singles and two full-length albums ‘Patterns’ (2019) and ‘Day Rage’ (2022) adding to his already extensive catalogue of ‘Self titled’ (2012) ’February’ (2014) and ‘Furthermore’ (2016)

Josh Rennie-Hynes has established himself as one of Australia’s finest musical exports. His live show is moving and unforgettable and he has toured throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA. He performs regularly in Nashville and has toured throughout the United States. In 2020 he signed a Publishing deal with Urband and Lazar, a company based between LA and New York. They also represent Artists such as - The Kooks, Lil Wayne, Citizen Cope. He has had multiple song placements on TV and was the most placed Artist on the latest season of the worldwide number one Netflix show ‘Virgin River’

Rennie-Hynes’ music is eclectic and all his own. Authenticity is the defining aspect of his songs - they are timeless and familiar yet uniquely his own. He is set to release three full-length Albums in 2023/2024 and tour behind these both in the US and Australia. ‘Morning Stars’ is the latest single from Josh Rennie-Hynes. The Australian born now Nashville based Artist continues his progression into a more electronic sound, while sticking true to his emotive songwriter roots. With his new single, Rennie-Hynes does what he does best, creating songs that linger long after the first listen. Expect the full LP’s ‘LIGHT/SHADE’ and ‘FRAGILE LIKE A BOMB’  in 2023.

Reddenhollow songs have a way of wrapping around one’s life. Truly listening to them feels like stepping into a river. The separation between Taylor Moses’s melody, story and my own heart disappears and before I can articulate or understand it, the songs speak my own story - a witness to my secret grief and to my rising dreams. I would like to turn my body into smoke, mist, rain, light and let these songs take me somewhere sacred.

The unique timbre, grit and depth to Taylor’s voice sounds something ancient. In this collection of songs, Taylor takes us on one journey. The soft moments are so beautifully fragile that they allow me to walk through them while wounded, and suddenly throughout, Taylor’s voice takes us and the loving resolve and almost righteous anger become enough to pull us out of our suffering and onto ever present ground.” - Mimi Gilbert
